Rock crawling is always fun to watch and Superchips’ driver Jesse Haines sure knows how to put on a show. At round one of the 2017 Idaho X Rocks series Jesse Haines—professional rock crawler and Superchips sponsored driver—did something that may never have been done before. He drove two different cars, in two different classes, and won with both of them! Although Haines has had consistent success with his Unlimited class car, Prickle, he had not competed in his Pro Mod car since 2015. After some recent updates to the car, Haines decided to get behind the wheel of Pokey for a few events this year.
The team jumped out to a lead in both classes and never looked back, finishing all of their 16 courses throughout the weekend.
In less than three weeks, Haines will be back in action at round two of the WE Rock western series in Cedar City, UT. Haines will be driving in Unlimited while Robb Kaufmann pilots the Pro Mod car. Superchips wishes Jesse and Robb the best of luck for the 2017 Season.

About WE Rock:
Each event starts on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. with the National Anthem. The competitors, ready for serious rock crawling, are lined up and ready to start on multiple obstacles at the same time. There are typically eight courses available to begin. The courses labeled A are for the professional classes, the courses labeled C are for the sportsman classes. You will be see all kinds of vehicles on each course.
Each competitor will complete four courses on Saturday and four courses on Sunday. The best professionals will move in to the Shootout course on Sunday afternoon to determine who the winners of the weekend are.
Superchips Flashpaq Usb Driver
Courses are designed to be completed in ten minutes or less. If a driver fails to complete in ten minutes, they will receive points only for their progressive gates. Each course generally has elevation changes, crack lines, cone placements and other obstacles designed to challenge the drivers and spotters. Rock crawling is an exciting sport and WE Rock delivers and experience unlike anything else.
